Customer surveys and performance feedback

Using a variation of the SERVQUAL model, we have developed an online survey platform designed to highlight the gaps in service delivery.

The platform can be customised to the specific feedback requirements of the organisation and is supported by real-time telephone and chat facilities to assist with accurate completion by selected stakeholder groups.

Used in conjunction with our occupant user experience (UX) modelling approach, we can rapidly build up an image of end-user and customer satisfaction with the services provided and the impact of this satisfaction on the workplace.
