Founded in 2019, born out of frustration and ambition.

CSS are proud to launch our intuitive training and consultancy arm, providing organisations and individuals with industry approved skills and training, delivered by industry experts who pride themselves on applying a common-sense approach within a strict legal framework.

There are lots of training companies out there, some good, some not so. Where we differ is our approach: our relationships begin at the end of course one.

Founded in 2019, CSS was born out of frustration and ambition: frustration at a lack of individual care within the training sector, and ambition to excel in all areas, providing personal solutions to cover all needs.

All of our training is approved and accredited to an overseeing organisation, guaranteeing you the most up to date training to a nationally recognised standard.

Personal Service

We don't train, we guide people through subjects, increasing knowledge, growing confidence and interest in each subject area. At the end of each course you don't just gain a qualification, you receive your instructor's mobile. That's where the relationship really begins.

We have key locations in Birmingham and Derby, providing you with access across the Midlands. We can deliver wherever and whenever you need us. Just ask.

Our tutors come from industry, they've gained the knowledge, walked the mile and felt the pain. When we train we know what it means to feel truly appreciated and understand the journey, hence the insistence on accredited training.

On Site Training and Facilities
If you have the space we can come to you, reducing travel and hotel costs, increasing productive time and allowing your teams to develop in their natural environment.
Group Bookings
If five or more of you from the same company need the same training we can produce and deliver bespoke courses, tailored around your unique needs.
Flexible Training
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00? Not any more. Talk to us about evening and weekend courses. If it fits you, we'll deliver it. Individual needs and special assistance are welcome at CSS.
