It sets industry health and safety standards, oversees training qualifications (such as SMSTS and SSSTS), and helps workers secure mandatory CSCS cards. Noise and hand-arm vibration risks and controls.
Site safety transport
Vehicle movements and pedestrian segregation on site.
Excavations and confined spaces
The particular risks of excavations and confined spaces.
Environment
Environmental issues and a site worker’s part in managing them.
