Course Details
Mental health is something we all have, like a knee or a hip we can experience positive mental health of suffer with poor mental health. Removing stigma and encouraging open, expressive conversations is our primary objective at CSS. Businesses do better when their workforce feel valued and able to be their whole selves in the workplace. People are brilliant, listening to them is a fantastic learning opportunity.
Recognising the signs and symptoms of poor mental health can be invaluable in helping someone to reach out and have that conversation, that’s what our training will give, the skills and insight into people, how they think and what they may be experiencing. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, we want to help people to listen and to talk.
Accreditation
CSS is a Nuco approved training centre with First Aid Awards Ltd, an Ofqual and Qualifications Scotland Accreditation regulated awarding organisation. Nuco are our accredited partner for our mental health courses.

Yes, we offer on-site training.
Unlike some providers, we provide all training materials, books and certification. All of our equipment is modern and hygienic. We can place your company logo on your certificate if desired.
You may book as an individual, and we will run courses for five to sixteen people.
